Für Medienvertreterinnen und -vertreter ohne Dauerakkreditierung ist für jede Partie eine Einzelakkreditierung erforderlich. Diese kann formlos per E-Mail an presse@swd-powervolleys.de erfolgen.
Die Akkreditierungsfrist endet jeweils um 12:00 Uhr am letzten Werktag vor dem Spieltag.

Im Zuge der Anfrage ist die journalistische Tätigkeit anhand geeigneter Nachweise zu belegen, beispielsweise mit einem gültigen Presseausweis, einem redaktionellen Auftrag oder veröffentlichten Beiträgen.

Die SWD powervolleys Düren sind berechtigt, entsprechende Nachweise zu überprüfen.

Ein Anspruch auf Akkreditierung besteht nicht. Die Vergabe erfolgt im Rahmen der verfügbaren Kapazitäten und nach redaktionellen Kriterien.

Der Presseeingang befindet sich am Fuß der großen Treppe des Haupteingangs (Spieler- und Künstlereingang). Die Namen der akkreditierten Personen sind dort beim Sicherheitsdienst hinterlegt.

Sofern ein Arbeitsplatz mit Tisch benötigt wird, ist dies bei der Akkreditierungsanfrage anzugeben. Eine Bereitstellung garantieren die SWD powervolleys nicht.

Das Betreten der Wettkampffläche ist Medienvertreterinnen und -vertretern während des laufenden Spielprotokolls nicht gestattet. Das Protokoll endet mit der offiziellen Verabschiedung der Mannschaften.
Zur Wettkampffläche zählen auch die Längsseite mit den Trainerbänken sowie der Bereich des Anschreibertisches.

Media Accreditation

Media representatives without a season accreditation are required to apply for single-match accreditation for each fixture. Applications can be submitted informally via email to presse@swd-powervolleys.de.
The accreditation deadline is 12:00 noon on the last working day prior to the match day.

As part of the application, journalistic activity must be demonstrated by appropriate proof, such as a valid press card, a commissioning letter, or links to published work.

SWD powervolleys Düren reserve the right to verify such documentation.

There is no entitlement to accreditation. Accreditation is granted subject to availability and in accordance with editorial criteria.

The media entrance is located at the bottom of the main entrance staircase (players’ and performers’ entrance). The names of accredited media representatives will be held on a list with the security staff.

If a workspace with a desk is required, this must be indicated in the accreditation request. Availability cannot be guaranteed.

Media representatives are not permitted to access the competition area during the official match protocol. The protocol concludes with the official farewell of the teams.
The competition area also includes the sideline with the team benches and the scorer’s table.
